How do I stop eating? This query usually bothers everyone. Overeating is so easy to do however alongside with each calories we intake equates into a weight gain. Emotional and uncontrollable eating disrupts your every attempt to lose weight. But managing it can really help you discover your way to a long-term weight loss success.   • Make alternatives to eating. Once you’re longing for food, pause for a bit and search new ways to gratify yourself like taking a soothing bath, go out for a walk, or call a friend as an alternative to eating mindlessly.
  • During meals, try to eat gradually. be aware of body signs that you are physically contented and full.
  • Do not deprive yourself of those foods that you love and don’t skip meals. This usually ends to overeating most of the time. You can always eat foods that you crave and love, just don’t overdo it.
  • Make sure to eat at your dining table. Do not eat in front of your television or in your bedroom.
  • Distinguish triggering events. Identify the events during your day that leads you to crave for foods even if you’re still not physically hungry.
  • Eat foods which helps you lose weight! Instead of eating foods that has a lot of calories that make you feel hungry minutes later, why not satisfy yourself with these helpful foods that aren’t only great for you but also fills you up longer such as bananas, nuts, water, cottage cheese, and yogurt too.

Usually at the time we noticed and realized that we’ve gained weight as a result of our uncontrollable overeating we have already gained tons of pounds and spoiled our weight loss efforts.
